Mondays – 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm
JK – 2nd Grade
Wednesdays – 3:15 pm – 4:15 pm
10 weeks Session beginning September 11th – This class is appropriate for girls and boys of any age, level of fitness, and athletic ability. Yoga mats will be provided to all students.
Students will explore fun and challenging posses, learn techniques to relax, connect with their breath, and develop mindfulness. Benefits of yoga; Build concentration and body awareness, promote self-esteem, self-control, respect of others, manage stress through breathing, meditation and healthy movement.
