When you click on the link, a window will appear prompting you to enter your email address and create a temporary password. Click on the ‘Register’ button when done. An email will be automatically sent to the email you entered. Next, you will need to open the email sent to you to confirm. Click on the ‘Complete’ tab to complete the form.
