2011-2012 YEARBOOK AD INFORMATION
We must have your order by Friday, December
16th
It is time to place your ad for this year's school yearbook.
If you would like to have an ad in honor of your
child/children/special group in our 2011-2012 yearbook, return
the reservation form and payment to the school office.

pages. Don't miss the opportunity to include and ad
honoring your child.
Ad instructions: Please make
sure to use an original photo with your ad. Check the
"Sample Ad Page" (link below) for your ad dimensions and
make sure your photo and your message fits. If you have

TRAFFIC MEMO - PLEASE READ!
The traffic policy at
Westchester Lutheran must be followed. Some parents
are violating our policy by doing the
following:
Entering the campus from Sepulveda in the morning
when all traffic is to go ONE WAY entering from 77th Street.
Making U-turns on Alverstone to return to 77th
Street to enter
campus. The city has mandated that we cannot make u-turns on
Alverstone as a part of our Conditional Use Permit. This is
important!! DO NOT MAKE U-TURNS ON ALVERSTONE.
FOLLOW THE TRAFFIC GUIDELINES established
for smooth flow of traffic and
safety of our students:
From 7:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.
Enter our parking lot from 77th Street, right
turn only.
DO
NOT make a left turn into our lot from 77th Street or exit onto
77th Street, and do not make a left turn from Sepulveda into our
campus.
Since we find that some parents are still turning
into our lot from Sepulveda during the ONE WAY ONLY time period,
effective MONDAY, NOV. 7TH, the
Sepulveda gate will be CLOSED for entrance UNTIL 9:00 A.M. The
gate will continue to open automatically for exit right onto
Sepulveda. This will ensure that all cars enter
from 77th Street and go ONE WAY ONLY.
JK-5: Exit
onto Sepulveda Blvd. (No exits on 77th Street) in front of the
Fellowship Hall, turning right
only. Don't forget to STOP AT THE CROSSWALK UNDER THE BRIDGE.
STUDENTS CROSS THERE!
6th -8th Grades: Exit
onto Sepulveda from the preschool driveway - turning right only.
GATE SCHEDULE:
Both gates open automatically for exiting at all times.
77th Street - No change
Open 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Closed 10:00 a.m. - 2:50 p.m.
Re-opens at 2:50 p.m. for after school pick-up
Sepulveda Entrance:
Closed 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. for entering campus
Re-opens at 9:00 a.m. for
remainder of day
