Yoga is appropriate for both boys and girls of any age
and any level of fitness or athletic ability.
Classes are designed and taught by fitness expert Madeline Lewis,
creator of award-winning fitness programs for stage, home video and
schools.

Come join us for a unique dance workshop this fall
Dancer will learn the fundamentals of Jazz technique building
strength and flexibility, while exploring many styles of Jazz, Hip
Hop and Character Dance. Classes are designed to improve
technique and performance skills with age-appropriate combinations
and music while encouraging self-confidence and discipline in a fun
environment.
From beginners to Showstoppers, all
levels of dancers are welcome to participate in classes and the
final performance November 17th.
