4A’s Sponsored Child is:

With our chapel offerings, 4A is supporting, through World Vision, Yakelin Yosiri Pineda in El Salvador.

She was born on April 20, 1998.  She lives with her father and one sister.  Home construction materials vary from brick to bamboo and mud.  Roofs are often made of sheet metal or tile.  Her father is a farmer, but he struggles to meet the family’s needs.   There is no mention of her mother.  From the last note we received, we were told that Yakelin was able to start school.  She helps with chores around the house and loves to play hopscotch. 

While chapel offering is voluntary, our hope is that each child will bring at least $0.25 a week so that we can meet our yearly goal in supporting Yakelin and her family. We have a small class and need everyone’s help.
